The innovative
design of the solder system allows for many possible
applications of fully-automatic or semi-automatic
selective soldering applications. Precise solder-wire
feed-rate through this unique system provides
a predictable and repeatable soldering result
to the highest quality required in modern soldering
standards. The standard production cell provides
a generous working envelope of approximately 350
x 350 x 100 mm with a solder positioning accuracy
of better than 1/10 mm which is repeatable to
+/- 0.05 mm.

| The control system of
the standard soldering unit is accessed and programmed
through a touch-screen graphical user interface
(GUI) to programming standards IEC 61131 and DIN
66025. The GUI graphics and help text windows
can be configured by the user. There is an internal
modem for remote access to allow for remote control
and diagnostics. |
