ACI-ecotec specialise in the automation of manufacturing
small or micro products to include transport systems
/ conveyors, pallets, palletisers, robots and turntable/
carousel systems. Technology strengths include the
integration of processes that include: ultrasonic
or resistance welding, selective soldering, CO2 snow-jet
cleaning, dispensing, micro-dispensing, warm caulking,
foil handling, coiling or splicing.
Reliable process equipment requires good test data
from high quality measurement and testing systems
provided to us from well known suppliers. Vision
systems, resistance measurement, soldering point
inspection, measuring and acquiring dimensions, weights
or capacities are some of the measurement systems
included on request. Quality control data is archived
and can provide a traceable path for production solutions,
whilst remote access for maintenance or diagnostics
is standard.
